2. This website at a glance

Skullrock Gaming introduces the gaming network and its projects. This website uses no cookies, tracking, analytics or advertising services. There are no user accounts, contact forms or external embeds. We do not use local storage to store visitor data or create user profiles.

3. Hosting and delivery through Cloudflare

This website is provided through Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular your IP address, the requested address, the time of access, and device and browser information transmitted by your browser. This processing enables the delivery and security of the website.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is in providing this website securely, reliably and efficiently. Technical data may be processed in the hosting provider’s logs; we do not maintain our own visitor database or measure audience reach ourselves.

Cloudflare operates a global network. Processing outside the EU, particularly in the USA, is possible. Cloudflare provides a Data Processing Addendum with standard contractual clauses and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address, the contents of your message and any other information you provide to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. If your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We retain this data only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or as required by statutory retention obligations. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not send us a message.

5. Fonts, images and external links

Fonts and images are delivered with the website. No requests are made to Google Fonts or other external font or media services. External websites, particularly SatisfactoryBase, are only accessed when you follow the relevant link. The privacy policies of those websites then apply.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

8. Security and changes

The public website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place. We update this policy when data processing or legal requirements change.
